days pass me by
swiftly sailing like a boat
on the river of tears
that we have cried
thought of it many times
mixed it up
arranged it twice
making it look real nice
but one broken link
i've been fixing so long
every time i make a move
something goes wrong
when the heart bleeds fast
and the hurting comes again
saying goodbye
won't make me half a man
